I received my Masters in Education from the College of William and Mary in 2015 with a GPA of 3.9. Previously, I received my Bachelors in History in 2014, also from the College of William and Mary.
Experience
After I got my Masters, I decided to use that to help students learn in a more personalized setting. I have helped students in subjects from Geometry to English, adjusting to whatever they need help with. I help them improve their study skills, so they start to learn to motivate themselves. In my classes, I have learned how to help a student excel by engaging them in the subject material and making it relevant to their lives. As a tutor, I aim to help my students understand the connection between what they are learning in class and how it relates to their lives.

When I'm not tutoring, I like to read mystery novels, marathon television shows, and learn Italian. My goal is to learn all five Romance languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, and Romanian) and then travel to the countries where they speak those languages.
